Job summary

ANDRITZ AG in Jakarta is seeking a BIM Coordinator to develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices across multidisciplinary engineering projects.

You will drive Revit-based processes, coordinate models with design and construction teams, and mentor designers to improve collaboration, constructability, and delivery efficiency. A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering and hands-on Revit experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of BIM coordination experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience developing BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM standards, templates, and libraries.
• Coordinate integrated BIM workflows from concept design through construction documentation.
• Lead the transition to Revit-first workflows and Navis for schedule.
• Coordinate model elements across Penstock, Generator, Turbine, Electrical and Automation.
• Review BIM models for quality, clashes, and compliance with standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training on BIM best practices.
• Maintain BIM documentation and support project teams.
