Job summary

Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd - Philippines Branch Office is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the implementation of BIM processes across projects, ensuring coordination, quality, and delivery of digital models from design through handover. You will drive BIM standards and support project teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks for model creation, coordination, and clash detection, plus a track record of at least five years in BIM in design and construction environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying BIM methodologies within Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Ability to manage complex service coordination and ensure model accuracy.
• At least 5 years' BIM management experience in design & construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, implementation, and continuous improvement of BIM strategies, protocols, and standards across projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary model coordination, run clash detection, and validate data for accuracy and constructability.
• Encourage adoption of Aurecon Digital workflows and BIM standards by engineering staff.
• Participate in project setup and technical design meetings.
