Job summary

Stella International Holdings Limited in Indonesia is seeking a Procurement/ Purchasing specialist to coordinate material flow and manage PO creation. You will liaise with production, planning, warehouse teams and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.

The role requires 1 year in procurement or supply chain, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Based in Sidoarjo, East Java, the position offers exposure to footwear material management and ERP

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken, reading, written).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is a plus (footwear manufacturing is a plus).
• Strong understanding of procurement and raw material management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, strong negotiation skills, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production, planning, and warehouse departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Manage purchasing documents and transaction records.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring document completeness and on-time delivery.
• Verify that received materials meet agreed specifications in both quality and quantity.
• Monitor raw material inventory to ensure availability according to the production schedule.
• Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials such as leather, fabric, soles, glue, and other footwear components.
• Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and suppliers, including handling correspondence in English.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Report directly to expatriate supervisors, HQ, or brand representatives as required.
