Job summary

Home Credit Indonesia is seeking a data analytics professional to build advanced Big Data analytics for CRM, RISK, HR, Finance, Collection, Legal, and Antifraud teams. You will work on assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision and share knowledge with teammates as an expert consultant on Big Data.

The role also involves helping supervise junior colleagues while maintaining a collaborative, fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• At least 2 years in a data analytics team.
• Proficient with SQL; advanced Excel; visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Build advanced Big Data analytics for CRM, RISK, HR, Finance, Collection, Legal, and Antifraud teams.
• Be able to work on assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Share knowledge with teammates and act as expert consultant on Big Data.

• Build advanced Big Data analytics for CRM, RISK, HR, Finance, Collection, Legal, Antifraud teams. Be able to work on the assigned task independently and with minimal supervision,
• Big Data Reconciliation,
• Share knowledge with teammates and be expert consultant for assigned area of knowledge. The assigned area will be connected to Big data,
• Help supervise more junior colleagues with their tasks.

We are looking for talents with:

• Minimum University degree in some quantitative field (Algebra, Statistics, Probability theory, Operational research, Machine learning, Physics, Engineering),
• Having minimum 2 years' experience in a data analytics team,
• Familiar with SQL, advance Ms Excel and visualization tool eg. Ms Power BI,
• Action oriented person, innovative and collaborative,
• Comfortable work in fast paced, agile and dynamic environment.
