Job summary

Save the Children International in Jakarta is seeking a data-driven MEAL BI specialist to strengthen the REALM Unit's capacity to manage, analyze, and visualize program data using modern web platforms and SharePoint.

You will design data models, dashboards, and automated pipelines, apply AI-enabled insights, and support program learning and accountability at project and national levels. Collaboration with Technical Advisors will enhance digital measurement models for KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Systems, CS; master's preferred.
• 4+ years' NGO/government/private sector data and MEAL experience.
• BI dashboard development using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Database management and data modeling (SQL, data cube) and SharePoint.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain BI dashboards integrating data from multiple sources.
• Develop data pipelines and AI-enabled insights for MEAL.
• Monitor KPI progress and produce data-driven reports.
• Support PMIS development and data architecture alignment.
