Job summary

Dicoding Indonesia seeks an experienced Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist to oversee all tracking, data collection, and impact measurement efforts within the organization. This role involves developing and managing the M&E framework for various programs and ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience, solid proficiency in M&E methodologies, and will be comfortable managing databases to create impactful narratives. A willingness to work on-site in Bandung or Bintaro is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, program evaluation, or related research.
• Strong command of designing Logical Frameworks with measurable indicators.
• Comfortable managing multiple project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the M&E framework for Dicoding's programs.
• Design and run tailored data collection instruments.
• Translate findings into evidence-based impact reports.
