You are

You will

• Welcome and offer assistance to any guest in Espace EC, Villas, and Chalets from arrival to departure, including their transport and luggage handling.
• Provide support to the Reception and Services teams during your shift.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment, work areas, and ambiance (e.g., odours, music).
• Ensure guests feel safe and secure (e.g., smooth driving, child seats) and that luggage is handled with care.
• Assist the butlers, accommodation, and F&B teams with tasks such as setting up, clearing, and replenishing stocks.
• Handle customer feedback with tact and report it to your manager for continuous improvement.
