Job summary

PT. Smart Cakrawala Aviation seeks an experienced Bell 412 Captain to lead in helicopter operations with emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and professional conduct. The role may include management duties such as Chief Pilot depending on needs.

Applicants should have an ICAO ATPL(H), Bell 412 type rating, IR(H), a Class 1 medical, and extensive PIC hours. Remote operations experience is valued and strong CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold ICAO ATPL(H) with valid medical certificate.
• Bell 412 Type Rating and IR(H) current.
• Total helicopter flight hours around 3,000; PIC 1,500+.
• 1,000 hours PIC on multi-engine helicopters; 500+ on Bell 412 preferred.
• Experience in both VFR/IFR and in remote environments.
• Flight instructor or flight operations mgmt experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fly Bell 412 to meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Assume management duties as required, including Chief Pilot responsibilities.
• Oversee flight operations, CRM, and crew coordination.
• Maintain discipline, regulatory compliance, and high professional conduct.
