Job summary

PT Multi Wangi Alami is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Area Manager to drive sales performance across its beauty, cosmetics, and fragrance retail outlets in the Surabaya area.

You will collaborate with Brand Managers and sales teams to develop strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure effective promotions and brand campaigns. The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and a customer-focused approach to achieve targets and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar managerial position.
• Experience in retail beauty, skincare, or cosmetics industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales management, operational management, and people management capabilities.
• Understanding of sales target management, KPI, customer retention, and profitability.
• Ability to analyze sales data, outlet productivity, customer traffic, conversion rate, and KPI.
• Good coaching, problem solving, and decision making capabilities.
• Oriented towards targets, customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license (SIM)

Responsibilities

• Responsible together with Brand Manager for achieving sales targets and business performance of outlets in the area
• Collaborate with Brand Manager and Sales team to develop sales strategy and action plans to increase target achievement, sales growth, customer acquisition, repeat purchase, and profitability
• Monitor sales achievement and KPI of each outlet and conduct evaluation and follow-up with Brand Manager to address performance gaps
• Ensure promotion programs, campaigns, and marketing activities from each brand run effectively at outlets according to company strategy and direction
• Responsible for operational effectiveness and consistency of outlets, including implementation of SOP, service standards, and operational excellence
• Lead, direct, monitor, and develop SPV and BA/FC through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Ensure product availability at each outlet according to needs, sales forecast, and stock model, and coordinate with Brand Manager regarding product needs for each brand
• Prepare area performance reports regularly and coordinate with Brand Manager and Head Of Sales to ensure target achievement and area management as a profitable SBU
