Job summary

OLIVER, part of the Brandtech Group, seeks an Account Director based in Indonesia to lead the delivery of world-class beauty content for global and regional brands. You will own the client relationship across a portfolio of beauty and personal care brands, guiding a multidisciplinary creative team to produce content for social, eCommerce, social commerce, and AI-powered channels.

Qualifications

• Experience managing senior clients in beauty or FMCG contexts.
• Experience working in embedded client-side models or in-house studios.
• Deep knowledge of beauty content channels (social, eCommerce, digital campaigns).
• Ability to localize and adapt content across markets and languages.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship end-to-end, guiding senior stakeholders.
• Translate briefs into actionable studio direction and resource allocation.
• Champion creative ambition while managing timelines, scope, and expectations.
• Act as brand guardian ensuring consistency and integrity across outputs.
• Lead process development and maintain clear communication to keep projects on track.
• Present work to clients and stakeholders framing decisions with brand strategy and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Creative Director on resource planning and capacity.
• Lead Gen AI adoption to accelerate content production and quality.
