Job description

Act as translator and communicator for Korean user

Translate and interpret business discussions, emails, and official documents between Korean, English, and Bahasa Indonesia as needed.

Provide information

Make appointments and confirm treatment schedules with clients, adjusting to doctor's schedule availability.

Ensure the room and all facilities are ready to be used for treatments/services.

Inputting data and creating routine clinic operational reports.

Support Managements executives in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication with Korea and Indonesia teams

Support marketing programs, including promos and other activities to increase sales.

Requirements

Proficiency in English

Experience in Beauty Consultant and Personal Assistant is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Familiarity with Korean corporate culture and business etiquette is a plus
