Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large teams, ensuring performance and engagement.
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance skills and sales outcomes.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, using data to drive improvements.
• Streamline operations through task delegation and system implementation.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategy and market opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in team management, preferably in beauty or retail.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-regional teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, training software, and performance tracking.
• Background in the beauty industry or similar sectors preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
