Beauty Advisor - L'Oréal YSL

This is a contract role for a Beauty Advisor at L'Oréal YSL, based in Balikpapan. The Beauty Advisor will provide personalized beauty advice and support to customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and promote new products. They will assist in retail sales, build strong customer relationships, provide skincare consultations, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. This is an on-site role and requires a passion for the beauty industry.

• Experience in Cosmetology and Skin Care
• Strong Product Knowledge and Customer Service skills
• Proven Retail Sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Experience in the beauty industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
