BD Admin Export Import Senior Staff - Trading (C-117219)
  • The working venue is in Central Jakarta.
  • Our client is a Japanese trading company. They are looking for BD Admin Senior Staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage trading business area in the scope of sales administration role.
  • Actively maintain communication and coordination with sales PIC, with the aim to control the business from a sales administrative perspective (risk alerts to sales PIC, setting up and operating logistics for delivery, etc.).
  • Monitor, report, contact, and consult properly based on PDCA, and collaborate with other team members.
  • Create good communication and relationships with internal and external parties for daily business operations.
  • Maintain proper business mindset and common sense aligned with global business standards.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable Indonesian or overseas university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales administrative staff in international trading and handling EXIM processes.
  • Business-level English (IELTS minimum Band 8 or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of trading operational flow (understanding stock and indent business).
  • Familiarity with SAP system is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills to maintain and create relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Initiative, ambitious, and passionate about career development.
