Job summary

PT BYD AUTO INDONESIA is seeking a QC/QA-focused professional to conduct inspections and ensure the quality of battery components and manufacturing processes in Subang, West Java. You will monitor process quality, identify abnormalities, and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, familiarity with MES, and strong attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with Mandarin knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in QC/QA, manufacturing, or battery industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Able to operate computers and learn manufacturing systems, especially MES.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Chinese/Mandarin language ability preferred.
• Willing to work in Subang, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure quality of battery components and manufacturing processes.
• Monitor process quality and identify abnormalities or quality issues during production.
• Operate and update the MES as part of daily work activities.
• Record, monitor, and maintain quality-related data and inspection results in the system.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up on quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Ensure quality procedures and standards are followed during production.
• Perform other quality-related tasks as assigned by management.
