Overview

Effectively manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages or wastage. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Implement strategies to upsell food and beverage items, maximizing revenue and contributing to the overall profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage F&B inventory, maintain stock levels, and place timely orders to prevent shortages or wastage.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue and support profitability.

Qualifications

• Min. high school diploma; additional education/certification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous.
• Min. 2 (two) years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably as a barista in cafe/resto/hotel settings.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with guests and collaborate with other departments.
• Willingness to be placed at Bobopod Dago, Bandung (Bobodeli Express Dago).
