We are Uncommon, a popular and established coffee shop and delicatessen, expanding our team at our newest location near Tate Modern in the heart of London's South Bank.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join us. Candidates should have previous experience as a barista (latte art skills are a plus) and as a shop assistant or shopkeeper, with a passion for food and drink products.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting guests and customers entering the shop.
2. Providing excellent food and drink standards.
3. Involved in stock control and management.
4. Assisting guests in finding products.
5. Processing cash and card payments.
6. Stocking shelves with merchandise.
7. Reporting discrepancies to supervisors or managers.
8. Advising customers on product selection.
9. Balancing cash registers with receipts.
10. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness (including hoovering and mopping).
11. Handling customer complaints responsibly.
12. Updating displays and promotional materials.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£10-£14), staff discounts on food, and a monthly bonus based on sales targets.
