Barista Job Description

Job Title: Barista

Location: Cafe Kitsune

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team! As a Barista, you'll craft high-quality beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages.
2. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues.
3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and cafe area.
4. Manage inventory, track supplies, and minimize waste.
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Previous barista experience (preferred).
2. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and ingredients.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
5. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
