About Us

We are an exciting new independent restaurant concept set to open in Uluwatu, Bali, with a focus on craft cocktails, smoked brisket, and artisanal pizza. As part of our opening team, we are looking for a talented and driven Bar Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and cocktails, and ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day bar operations and ensure high service standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver consistent and creative drinks
  • Maintain proper inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering procedures
  • Ensure all beverages meet quality, presentation, and recipe standards
  • Collaborate with the management team on bar menus and promotions
  • Uphold cleanliness, hygiene, and safety regulations in all bar areas
  • Engage with guests and ensure a memorable bar experience

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a bar leadership or supervisor role
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong background in craft cocktails and beverage service
  • Previous experience in independent or boutique bar/restaurant concepts is preferred
  • Knowledge of inventory systems and basic cost control
  • Energetic, well-groomed, hands-on, and guest-oriented
