About Us:
Club House Pererenan is a new hospitality venue focused on great drinks, elevated service, and community. We’re building a strong bar program with a focus on consistency, quality, and creativity — and we’re looking for a hands-on bar lead to take charge and grow with us.

Full-time | Salary above the UMR (Upah Minimum Regional) for Badung regency | Service charge paid on top of salary

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all bar operations and lead the bar team

Manage weekly stock take, ordering, and supplier coordination

Ensure speed, cleanliness, and consistency across all service periods

Support menu development, prep procedures, and team systems

Deliver regular training and knowledge sessions with bartenders

Work closely with the GM to monitor quality, costs, and inventory

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3–4 years behind the bar, with 1+ year in a lead or supervisor role

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and bar prep

Detail-oriented with clean habits and a positive attitude

Reliable, confident, and good at managing people

Comfortable working fast while keeping quality high

Basic English and bar cost understanding preferred
