Job Description Summary:
As in-charge and representative of the Finance BP function in Refinery.
Job Description:
A. Manage, Develop and Coordinate Reporting Costing function
- Manage, coordinate, and review monthly costing activities performed by the RepCosting team, including review of BOM structure, routing, moving average price, material price calculation, cost splitting, standard costs, and release of standard costs.
- Manage and review monthly CO Costing activities, including data gathering, SKF working papers, cost allocation, expense charging, CO closing, and analysis of processing and utility costs.
- Analyze and present refinery financial performance, including variances, plant costing, energy, warehouse, and other costs, as well as financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.), providing insights to management for cost control.
- Oversee the refinery's annual budget process, including data collection, reporting, consolidation, and presentation to management.
B. Manage, Develop and Coordinate Operation Controller function
- Manage inventory control activities, including stock opname, gain/loss analysis, WB, TempSLOC, and turnover.
- Manage asset control activities, including asset opname, tagging, AuC monitoring, transfer, and disposal.
- Oversee procurement and Capex monitoring, including budget, PTA/PRA, tender processes, and project acceptance.
- Facilitate and review annual stock and asset opname processes.
C. Manage, Develop and Coordinate Retained Finance function
- Authorize fund requests and review realization (ACF).
- Authorize payment transactions (Petty Cash, PV, PAM, tokens).
- Manage cash/bank, advance, AR/AP balances.
- Authorize billing for other income sources.
- Maintain finance document filing.
D. Others
- Monitor internal audit findings.
- Coordinate with external auditors.
- Manage financial information submissions to external parties.
- Authorize transactions as per company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum assistant manager with 7+ years' experience and accounting background.
- Willing to be stationed in refinery units for at least 5 years.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ability to diagnose problems, foresee issues, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Capability in organization and people development.
- Passion for innovation development.
