• Ensure proper preparation and implementation of pastry standards in compliance to hotel's standard
• To assist Pastry Chef & Executive Sous Chef in creating and implementing pastry's standards of operation
• To enforce and comply to the Hotel standards of procedures, rules and regulations
• Maintaining a clear, healthy and accurate communication with superiors, colleagues and subordinates at all times
• Ensure clean and hygiene Pastry-Bakery operation at all the time

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in the same position or 2 years as Chef de Pastrie in pastry
