The Head Waiter is t o assist Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre in the F&B Division in sections appointed, to maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality, staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction

Job Requirement:

  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Oral and written fluency in Mandarin
  • Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in an international class hotel
  • A proactive and people-oriented leader with strong professional values, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and expertise in F&B operations.
