Job Description
  1. Assist with and ensure the setup of function rooms according to Banquet Event Orders.
  2. Verify that all prerequisites for functions are checked and ready for setup.
  3. Coordinate closely with the Chef to understand the menu served for each event.
  4. Supervise the maintenance of service standards during banquet operations.
  5. Monitor banquet service equipment to maintain appropriate stock levels for smooth operations.
  6. Handle requisitions for items requiring replacement.
  7. Attend all meetings and training sessions as assigned by management.
  8. Ensure all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean, and secure.
Qualifications
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under stress and in high-pressure situations.
  • Team player and collaborator.
Additional Information
  • Experience is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
