As a Banquet Sales Manager at Vega Hotel (Tangerang), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel's banquet and catering operations. This is a full-time position based in Kabupaten Tangerang Banten, where you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction for the hotel's events and functions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive bookings for the hotel's banquet facilities and catering services
• Preparing and delivering proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients
• Coordinating with the hotel's operations team to ensure the successful execution of banquet events
• Managing the banquet sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
• Monitoring market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and securing repeat business
• Tracking and analysing banquet sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Banquet Sales Manager or Events Sales Manager role
• Strong understanding of the hospitality and events industry, with a proven track record of success in sales
