Job summary

PT. Jelita Abadi Indonesia is seeking a Banking Operations Specialist (English Speaking) to manage daily banking transactions, payments, and FX processes.

You will coordinate with banks and internal teams in Hong Kong and Indonesia to ensure accurate processing and timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree, has 3–5 years in banking or treasury roles, and is proficient with corporate online banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in banking, payment, treasury, or similar roles
• Experience using corporate internet banking platforms such as BRI, Mandiri, MNC, or other major banks
• Familiar with payment processing and bank reconciliation
• Experience with FX transactions is an advantage
• Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Mandarin is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at problem-solving
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Handle daily company banking transactions and payments
• Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions
• Coordinate with banks to resolve payment and transaction issues
• Communicate with banking partners regarding daily banking matters
• Process and record FX transactions
• Monitor FX rates when required
• Prepare and maintain banking documents and records
• Coordinate with the Hong Kong and Indonesia teams
• Support daily banking operations and process improvements
