A financial consulting firm based in Jakarta is looking for a Banking Operations Consultant with 5-7 years of experience in banking and operational consulting. The role involves analyzing client data and supporting implementations at bank offices. Knowledge of transaction authorization and consulting experience is required. About the job Banking Operations Consultant

Location- Jakarta

Term- 12 months

Requirements:

  • Native in Indonesian language and proficient in English
  • Based in Jakarta and is willing to work face to face in client's site (bank office)
  • Have at least 5-7 years of working experience in Banks & Operational Consulting
  • Can work independently and drive progress with bank clients
  • Experience in project with ID banks/ financial services clients:
  • Have deep knowledge and capabilities on banks transaction authorization, settlement and clearing processes, preferably with international networks (Visa/Mastercard, etc.)
  • Have some consulting/PMO experience to formulate clients problems (problem solving), facilitate discussions with clients and prepare written deliverables (include updates for bi-weekly and steering committee presentation)
  • Preferably - business analyst with consumer banking experience/ profile (e.g, internal ops analyst/ consultant where he/ she is part of the banks transformation team), not a pure operational staff background

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis using Mastercards and or clients data,
  • Support implementation of the agreed plan and mitigation actions agreed in the weekly cadence and steering committee meetings.
  • Support alignment between all stakeholders and help to coordinate as well as prepare the materials for biweekly progress updates and steering committee
