Job summary

SLAMcore is seeking an Analytics Consultant – Consumer Banking in Jakarta to deliver BI, descriptive and predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and performance tracking for a major banking engagement. You will work with large datasets and collaborate with banking clients to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.

The role requires 5–7+ years in BI/analytics, experience with SQL/Python/R/SAS, strong Excel/PowerPoint, and on-site work in Jakarta, with English and Indonesian

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in BI/analytics.
• Experience with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R or SAS for analytics.
• Banking industry experience, preferably in Consumer Banking.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data and analytics analysis using client data and Mastercard data.
• Develop customer segmentation, benchmarking, rule-based modelling and performance tracking.
• Translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of analytics outputs.
• Support development of project deliverables and analytical outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align workstreams and drive progress.
