Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 4 years of experience in risk management within the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III).
• Proficiency in risk modeling software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential risks across banking operations (credit, market, operational, compliance).
• Develop, implement, and monitor risk management strategies and policies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and stress testing to evaluate adverse events.
