Job summary

Skolla Education seeks an Offline Teacher TKA & SNBT for a part-time on-site role in Bandung. You will deliver engaging offline lessons focused on TKA and SNBT preparation, adapting teaching methods to diverse learning styles and academic levels.

You will plan lessons, prepare materials, deliver instruction, and provide personalized feedback, while monitoring progress and collaborating with the Skolla team to improve strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching with proven experience delivering exam-focused lessons (TKA and SNBT).
• Ability in Lesson Planning, including structuring curricula, preparing materials, and aligning content with learning objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students and colleagues.
• Experience in Training or coaching students for standardized tests, with skill in motivating and guiding learners toward their goals.
• Relevant academic background in education or related fields; a degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies is an advantage.
• Prior teaching experience with high school or exam preparation programs is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Bandung and managing small to medium-sized classes.
• Ability to use basic technology tools (presentation software, online resources) to support offline teaching activities.
