Job summary

AIA in Indonesia is seeking a Project and Product Liaison to support end-to-end process implementations across pre-sales, sales, and after-sales stages. You will coordinate with BCA Bancassurance and internal teams to align product and project initiatives with business expectations.

The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and analytical thinking to drive timely deliverables and new sales opportunities within the insurance domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preference for management or information systems.
• Minimum 2 years in project management, reporting, and strategic relationship management.
• Experience in insurance or banking.
• Strong MS Office and English communication.
• Ability to create detailed reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end process implementation for projects from pre-sales to after-sales, liaising with internal and external teams.
• Serve as liaison between BCA-AIA teams for product, project, and new initiatives.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion.
• Evaluate partnership business processes and identify requirements and strategic opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with latest product, project, sales, after-sales, and IT processes.
• Assist in creating and integrating new AIA initiatives with BCA and customers.
• Identify new sales and business development opportunities while maintaining client relationships.

About the Role

Assist end to end process implementation for Project and Product from pre-sales, sales, and after sales service and relationship between BCA's Bancassurance unit to achieve BCA-AIA business expectation.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in implementing BCA product, projects and initiatives with liaise with internal support department and sales team and external with BCA.
• Work directly as liaison officer between BCA-AIA team in term of product & project and new initiative.
• Monitoring deliverable and ensuring timely completion project.
• Evaluation partnership business process, anticipating requirement, uncovering area and business strategic.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process from product, project, sales, after sales, business support and IT process.
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures within PD BCA.
• Supporting in creating and provide AIA new initiative to BCA unit team and customers integration new product and development of sales process and operation.
• Have a strong relationship and have strategic business sense in term of new product and new initiatives.
• Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could better address those needs.
• Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.
• Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients.
• Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business.
• Review the result of each project & product and compare with measurement (SMART) 14. Involve regular meetings with BCA.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in any major, prefer in management and system information.
• 2 years working experience in project management, reporting & Strategic Relationship Management and have a good product insurance knowledge
• Background from Insurance or banking
• Fluent in Microsoft office
