Role Description

The Bancassurance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Madiun, responsible for promoting and selling Panin Dai-ichi Life insurance products through designated bank branches. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff and customers, providing product consultations, and identifying customer needs to offer suitable protection and investment solutions. The Bancassurance Officer will conduct daily customer meetings, assist with policy applications and documentation, and ensure accurate and timely submission of all required forms. The role also includes achieving sales targets, participating in bank and company marketing activities, and delivering a professional customer experience aligned with company service standards.
