Capital Life obtained an operating license in the Life Insurance business sector on May 5 2014, No. KEP-32/D.05/2014, from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) of the Republic of Indonesia and registered as a member of the Indonesian Life Insurance Association (AAJI).

Job Description
  • Build new business & partnerships with current and prospective clients
  • Champion and manage new business to create stronger partnership
  • Assisting clients in making appropriate financial planning by explaining Capital Life Products (credit life / personal accidents/ group term life)
  • Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business.
  • Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic change and report on key metrics
  • Provides commercial change, manage budgets, implements strategic changes.
  • Identify potential partners and partnership scheme for user acquitition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Handling partnership with partners from various industry
Requirements
  • Working in Life Insurance for min. 3 years
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or similiar relevant field
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with wide range of stake holder
  • Strategic thinker, networking aptitude, great multitasking skills
  • Have AAJI license
  • Training Based on Competency
  • Smart Casual outfit for daily basis
