Qualifications

• Active college/university student in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related program.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Basic English speaking and writing skills.
• Keen attention to detail with ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen team in daily operations and food preparation.
• Learn and follow Capella Ubud Bali standards for quality and service.
• Rotate across Kitchen sub‑departments and other hotel areas as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with portion control, recipe adherence, and storage management.
