Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Bali is seeking a creative and hands-on Photographer & Videographer to join our small team. You will lead content production from concept to delivery, shooting and editing for clients across hospitality, tourism, and lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will have proven photography and videography experience, a strong portfolio/showreel, ability to work with clients on location, and proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. Based in Bali.

Qualifications

• Based in Bali, Indonesia.
• Proven experience as Photographer, Videographer, Content Creator, or similar.
• Strong photography and videography skills with composition, lighting, framing and storytelling.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Able to handle shooting and post-production.
• Proficient in photo and video editing software.
• Able to work with professional cameras and basic production equipment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel around Bali for client shoots when required.
• Portfolio/showreel is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots for clients and agency projects.
• Photograph people, products, food, hospitality, events, destinations, and lifestyle content.
• Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
• Handle camera, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Edit photos using Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Deliver content according to required format, quality, and deadline.
• Work directly with clients during shoots and productions.
• Stay up to date with visual and social media trends.
• Maintain and organize equipment and files.
• Assist with content planning and creative brainstorming.
