Kerry Group is seeking an RD&A Scientist, Bakery Development & Application in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role leads bakery application development, applying knowledge of Taste, enzymes, leavening, and other bakery ingredients to meet customer needs.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain to drive product development, sensory evaluation, and successful commercialization from the Jakarta Sales Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related Applied Science.
• 5-8 years of Bakery R&D and product development experience with proven results.
• Strong expertise in hard baked applications and ingredient technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of bakery applications to support customers and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial/Sales, Marketing, Operations, QA, and Supply Chain.
• Evaluate product performance, sensory data, and process suitability for country needs.
• Documentation of results and maintenance of laboratory records.
