We are seeking a hands-on Production Planner to execute routine planning and scheduling, prepare daily and weekly production plans, maintain data records, and coordinate closely with production teams to ensure timely plan execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine production planning and scheduling tasks.
• Prepare and update daily/weekly production plans based on instructions.
• Maintain production data, schedules, and basic planning records.
• Coordinate with production teams to confirm plan execution.
• Support monitoring of output, delays, and deviations.
• Follow planning procedures, data accuracy standards, and reporting timelines.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, threads, and Expiry Date stamps align with daily production plan.
• Ensure the content of the Finish Product bin, packaging and labels prepared are correct.
• Prepare pallets for finished goods in good condition.
• Ensure sewing machines for packaging are in good condition.
• Ensure weighing accuracy.
• Carry out cleanliness of sieve/finish product according to product type to be packaged.
• Create usage reports for packaging and label consumption.
• Create delivery-to-stock reports: finish goods, repro and quarantine feed per shift.
• Reprocess quarantine feed
• Organize packaging and labeling of Reject Product by type.
• Distribute work among Production Worker Bagging team.
• Perform bagging area activities in line with HSE and 5S standards.

• Menyiapkan kemasan, label, benang, dan stempel Expired Date sesuai dengan rencana produksi harian
• Memastikan isi dari bin Finish Product, kemasan dan label yang disiapkan sudah sesuai
• Menyiapkan pallet tempat Finish Good dalam kondisi baik
• Memastikan mesin jahit kemasan dalam kondisi baik
• Memastikan akurasi timbangan
• Melakukan pembersihan sieveter finish product sesuai dengan jenis produk yang akan dikemas
• Membuat laporan pemakaian kemasan dan label
• Membuat laporan delivery to stock : finish good, repro dan pakan karantina per shift
• Melakukan proses ulang pakan karantina
• Mengatur pengemasan dan pelabelan Reject Product sesuai jenis
• Mengatur pembagian kerja tim Production Worker Bagging
• Melaksanakan aktivitas di area bagging sesuai dengan standar K3 dan 5S
