Job summary

PT BISNIS INI SINERGI seeks an experienced Backend Developer to build, optimize, and maintain REST API and GraphQL for web and mobile apps. You will design database structures, integrate with payment gateways and third-party services, and ensure security and performance while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of backend experience and proficiency in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or Golang, with strong SQL skills and knowledge of REST APIs and authentication

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or Golang (Laravel preferred).
• Understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL and query optimization.
• Knowledge of REST API, JSON, and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
• Proficiency with Git, Postman, Docker (Docker is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; able to explain concepts to non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain REST API / GraphQL for web and mobile apps.

Backend Developer role focused on building, optimizing, and maintaining REST API and GraphQL for web and mobile applications. Responsibilities include database design and management, system integration with payment gateways and third-party services, ensuring application security and performance, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain REST API / GraphQL for web and mobile app needs

Design database structure, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity in MySQL/PostgreSQL

Integrate with payment gateways, courier services, third‑party services, and other internal systems

Ensure application security, scalability, and fast performance; handle bug and error monitoring

Create clear API documentation for Frontend and Mobile teams

Collaborate with PM, Frontend, and QA teams to deliver features from start to release

About you

Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Backend Developer

Proficiency in at least one of: PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or Golang (Laravel preferred)

Understanding of MySQL/PostgreSQL and query optimization

Knowledge of REST API, JSON, and authentication (JWT/OAuth)

Proficiency with Git, Postman, Docker (Docker is a plus)

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug and find solutions quickly

Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical team members

Open to feedback and able to work effectively in a team

Takes ownership from development through maintenance

Experience with e‑commerce or transportation projects is a plus

Knowledge of Redis, Queue, Microservices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is a plus
