POSITION SUMMARY

• Oversee storage of inventory to ensure the inventory is systemized and physically available.
• Support receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting transactions and maintaining records.
• Serving the customer is always top priority regardless of work area. Support Sales Floor.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Perform and abide by all Retail Operations and Cash Handling Procedures.
• Handle the processing of stocks received in store and ensure total stocks received are tallied with documents.
• Ensure store physical stock on hand tallies with system SOH report.
• Meet sales target given.
• Serve customers with company and brand service standards.
• Be an ambassador for the represented brand and portray a professional and customer-oriented image at all times.
• Engage in personal development, including E-Learning.
