Job description

Adecco Group is currently supporting one of our Global Travel Distribution Platform Clients in their search for B2B Sales Support/Inside Sales that will be placed in their office at Pasay City, Manila (Onsite/Work From Office working arrangement).

What will you do?

  1. Manage a portfolio of longtail accounts, ensuring regular engagement through calls, emails, and meetings.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  3. Foster strong relationships to retain and grow accounts.
  4. Close sales by building rapport with new and existing clients and addressing client objections.
  5. Train travel agents on calls, meetings & webinars.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  7. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the KPIs.
  8. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product launches and campaigns. Find ways to approach clients and motivate them to book.

If you're someone who:

  1. Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major (but a background in Hospitality would be preferred).
  2. Has strong knowledge in the travel industry/hospitality.
  3. Has a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience as a Travel Consultant/Customer Service/Inside Sales/Guest Relations (preferred).
  4. Is willing to work with a WFO arrangement and on a contract basis.
