What you'll do:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating product/service benefits.
  • Handle sales negotiations, objections, and close deals with clients by offering solutions that best meet their needs.
  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services to existing clients, increasing revenue per account.
  • Develop and track sales pipeline, KPIs, and reporting, to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and opportunities to help guide business decisions.
  • Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in new client acquisition and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; essential for client interactions, presentations, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior, particularly within sector-specific solutions.
  • Willingness to travel outside of Jakarta for client meetings, events, or business development opportunities.
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup, in line with Flip’s workplace policies.
