What you’ll do:
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service/product categories offered
  • Attending events and community activities to generate new leads especially on Financial Services Industry
  • Develop and track sales pipeline, KPIs, and reporting, to achieve quarterly and annual sales target
  • Possess product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay into a right use case to be discussed with prospects
  • Prepare professional and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentation, as required
  • Continuously drive process and operational improvements together with other sales team
  • Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring
  • Fulfilling reporting obligations to Bank Indonesia for PSP (Payment Service Provider) merchants

What you’ll need:
  • Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably having 3-5 years of experience in relevant field
  • Able to work as a sales-hunter and an individual contributor with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of market needs and customer behavior in the financial services sector
  • Ability to work independently and responsible (Self-Starter) in remote mode working environment (Work From Anywhere)
  • English literacy (both verbal and written)
