Job description

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join our team as B2B Sales & Channel Development. This role focuses on acquiring and managing institutional clients, handling end-to-end project sales, and building strong partnerships to drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in pitching, project management, and business development, preferably within the technology retail or consumer electronics industry.

Acquire, manage, and grow institutional clients (corporates, education, wholesale, government, and other B2B segments).

Lead end-to-end sales process, from prospecting, pitching, proposal preparation, to deal closing.

Manage and execute B2B project-based sales, ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, distributors, and key partners.

Monitor sell-out performance, pricing, and stock movement across B2B channels.

Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Conduct market research and track industry trends to provide insights for growth strategies.

Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Project Sales.

Proven experience in pitching and securing deals with corporate clients.

Strong background in managing project-based sales from initiation to completion.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Marketing, or other related fields.

Experience in the technology retail, consumer electronics, or related industries is strongly preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, reporting).

Fluent in English is an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
