Menikmati Distribusi is a rapidly growing company specializing in distributing high-quality surf brands across Indonesia. We focus on building strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers, leveraging both wholesale and consignment channels. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to lead our B2B efforts and expand our product distribution network nationwide.

Job Description:

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will identify new business opportunities and manage our distribution network across Indonesia, focusing on wholesale and consignment channels. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience and is fluent in both English and Indonesian. You will work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure effective distribution of premium surf brands and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale and consignment partners throughout Indonesia, focusing on surf retailers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, surf shops, and wholesalers to increase market reach.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for wholesale and consignment agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and marketing, to streamline the distribution process.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies and expanding distribution channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure partner satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Travel across Indonesia to meet with partners and manage regional sales territories.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
  • At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, focusing on distribution and consignment agreements.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with distributors, surf shops, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Good understanding of the Indonesian market and distribution landscape, especially in the surf industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Willing to travel extensively within Indonesia.
