About Menikmati Distribusi:

Menikmati Distribusi is a rapidly growing company specializing in distributing high-quality surf brands across Indonesia. We focus on building strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and wholesalers, leveraging both wholesale and consignment distribution channels. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to lead our B2B efforts and expand our product distribution network across the country.

Job Description:

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing our distribution network across Indonesia, with a focus on wholesale and consignment channels. The ideal candidate must possess at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong command of both English and Indonesian. You will work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure the effective distribution of premium surf brands and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, prospect, and secure new wholesale and consignment partners throughout Indonesia, with a focus on surf retailers.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, surf shops, and wholesalers to increase market reach.
  3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for wholesale and consignment agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for all parties.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and marketing, to streamline the distribution of surf brands.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and expanding distribution channels.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure partner satisfaction and drive repeat business.
  8. Travel across Indonesia to meet with distribution partners and manage regional sales territories.

Requirements:

  1. Must fluency in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
  2. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on distribution and consignment agreements.
  3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage and expand relationships with distributors, surf shops, wholesalers, and retailers.
  5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  6. Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and distribution landscape, particularly in the surf industry.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  8. Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
