Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions in Jakarta is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage cloud infrastructure and end-to-end platform operations for a SaaS product. You will own deployment, monitoring, and performance across applications, databases, and hosting environments.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers, design scalable infrastructure, implement CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to security and disaster recovery planning in a fully remote, distributed team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps or SRE roles with relevant degree.
• Hands-on Azure infrastructure experience.
• Proficient in designing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with IIS-hosted apps and MSSQL.

Responsibilities

• Platform Operations: Build, operate, and scale the SaaS infrastructure, owning deployment, monitoring, and recovery across layers.
• Continuous Delivery: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frequent, reliable releases across services and environments.
• Azure Infrastructure: Manage Azure compute, networking, and storage with focus on reliability and cost efficiency.
• Application Hosting: Support IIS-hosted applications and MSSQL databases for high availability and performance.
• Observability: Build and maintain monitoring/alerting to diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Engineering Partnership: Work with engineering teams to improve deployment processes and reliability.
• Resilience & Security: Contribute to disaster recovery and cloud security practices.
