AVP-Tech Lead - B2C Solution

Role Purpose:
- Translate business requirements into technical documentations and implementation plan.
- Create and manage feasible timeline for each project based on input from relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up with related stakeholders (IT, Network, Vendors) according to timeline and implementation plan.
- Plan and coordinate with QA/Tester for SIT, UAT, and Post Test.
- Handover the service to Operation team and its related documentation.
Operating Networks:
- All Commercial Groups (product, channel, marketing communication, others) related to the product and service improvement, that using quantitative measurement of customer experience and performance monitoring.
- All IT (Planning, Operation, Solution, others) function that responsible for improving the product and service quality.
- All commercial and technical function that responsible in handling end to end project implementation.
- All Surrounding back-end system which is handled by various division and group (charging, billing, reports, etc).
General Qualification:
- Have proven experience in delivering digital projects, consists of mobile and web-based application.
- Have deep understanding on mobile app and web development, including programming, database building, and OS level configuration.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and capabilities.
- Target oriented problem-solving approach and decision-making capabilities.
Specific Qualification:
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience working in delivering digital solution, especially on mobile and web-based application.
- Deep knowledge on API integration using common communication method such as SOAP and JSON.
- Knowledge in Agile Scrum.
- Team player on project-based delivery.

- Negotiate/Convince external parties to accept our proposed method where there may be they have different and less effective method.
