Role Purpose

  • Support Key Directorate Transformation Initiatives: Assist in the identification, prioritization, and implementation of transformative initiatives within the Procurement directorate to align with organizational goals.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Promote and facilitate ongoing improvements in procurement processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving quality.
  • Think Tank and PMO: Act as a think tank to generate innovative ideas and provide strategic guidance, while also managing the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead Records and Reporting Activities: Oversee governance, stewardship, and data cleansing activities related to procurement records and reporting to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Establish and Enforce Governance Framework: Develop and implement a governance framework aimed at improving the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of record and reporting processes, enhancing Group Procurement operations in alignment with the values, vision, and code of conduct of Indosat.

Job Description

Support Key Directorate Transformation Initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize transformation initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement in Procurement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Track and measure the impact of improvement initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Think Tank and PMO Activities
  • Generate innovative ideas and solutions to address procurement challenges.
  • Act as a thought leader, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership.
  • Manage the PMO function, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
Records and Reporting
  • Lead the setup of governance structures and processes for procurement records and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security through effective data stewardship practices.
  • Conduct data cleansing activities to maintain high-quality data standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to support decision-making.
Governance and Stewardship
  • Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures for procurement data.
  • Train and support team members in governance and data stewardship responsibilities.
  • Continuously review and improve governance frameworks to adapt to changing needs.
Data Cleansing Activities
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues within procurement records.
  • Implement data validation and verification processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholder and other departments to ensure data systems are aligned with governance standards.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification:

Degree in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain/Finance/Engineering)

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ideally 3 years of experience working as a consultant, specifically in business or procurement consultancy, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects and managing client relationships.
Skills:
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Experience with governance and data stewardship activities.
