The AVP will support the Department Head in executing and monitoring global corporate strategic business planning, including profit and expense projections from marketing activities and funding/lending strategies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the development and updating of policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in initiatives to improve process efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of banking products and services.
• Help develop business promotion strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new ones in line with corporate strategy.
• Supervise monitoring and reporting of front-line activities within the Global Corporate area and related product partners such as Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, and Global Markets, aligning with strategic profit and expense goals.
• Prepare reports, including branch performance (Balance Score Card), and review reports and presentations for accuracy.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key partners.
• Organize branch-wide events, including seminars and client engagement activities.
• Guide less experienced team members on complex strategic planning issues.
