Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Gather Customer requirement and tailored customized solutions and work with multiple Partners
  • Lead the Solutioning phase with partners and internal team
  • Prepare solutions for technical proposal and also commercial proposal to customers
  • Penetration solution of fixed voice (indosat phone) to market
  • Enrichment function to help metamorphosis to solution provider
  • Coordinate with Partner, Network Planning, SD, Core Planning & BO Core Team.
  • Maintain product portfolio and enrich solution
  • Support UAT with customer team
  • Together with AVP Fixed Voice Management to create new product if necessary based on market

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Information Technology
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in System Integration or as a Principal in PBX/Call Center solutions
  • Hands-on experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and end-to-end Call Center operations (software, hardware, agents, workstations, applications)
  • Familiarity with PBX, SIP Trunk, and other voice services
  • Proven track record in Telco product implementation and delivery
  • Innovative mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver complex solutions
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable under pressure with a strong sense of ownership
  • Effective leadership, supervisory capability, and proficient communication in English (written and verbal)
